Pelican Bay Restaurant & Bar opened its doors in November 2010 and has since become a beloved dining destination in Grace Bay. Owners Anthony Garland and Murad Mohamad bring decades of combined experience in the restaurant and hotel industry, guided by a shared passion for excellence, warm hospitality, and memorable dining experiences.


Located at the Royal West Indies Resort in the heart of Grace Bay, Pelican Bay is open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests are invited to enjoy our popular themed evenings, including Wednesday’s Lobster Extravaganza—or Caribbean BBQ Cookout when lobster is out of season—Friday’s Tapas Night, and Sunday’s Jerk Fiesta.


We are also proud to offer one of the best Happy Hours on the island, available daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, featuring 50% off alcoholic beverages and house wines. It’s the perfect setting to unwind, connect, and enjoy the vibrant energy of both locals and visitors.


Under the leadership of Executive Chef Peter Redstone, our kitchen delivers creative interpretations of local and international cuisine. Signature dishes such as Jerk Airline Chicken and Passion Fruit BBQ Ribs have earned top honors at the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival People’s Choice Awards, winning Best Jerk Chicken & Best BBQ Ribs.


To further elevate your experience, Pelican Bay now offers an expanded wine list alongside carefully selected House dry-aged meats, thoughtfully chosen to complement their depth of flavor and craftsmanship.
